1. Who we are
Headline to Investor ("we", "our", "us") is an independent project operated from Italy by a sole proprietor. Contact: info@headline-to-investor.com. We are not yet incorporated and do not hold a VAT number (Partita IVA). For GDPR purposes we act as the data controller entity.
2. What data we collect
- Wait-list e-mail address - submitted via the form.
- Usage data - anonymised analytics (page views, device, approximate location).
- Advertising data - Google AdSense may set cookies / collect ad-related identifiers. See Cookie Policy.
3. Why we collect it
- To notify you when the full product launches.
- To send occasional updates about our network of free tools (max 4 e-mails / year).
- To measure site performance and ad revenue.
4. Legal basis
Under GDPR we rely on consent (Art. 6 §1 (a)) for the wait-list e-mail and legitimate interest (Art. 6 §1 (f)) for essential analytics and ad monetisation purposes.
5. How long we keep your data
E-mails are kept until you unsubscribe or for a maximum of 24 months after launch, whichever comes first. Analytics logs are retained for 14 months total.

You may access, rectify or erase your personal data, or object to processing, at any time by e-mailing info@headline-to-investor.com.
7. Third-party processors
- Google LLC - AdSense (ads, cookies)
- Plausible Analytics OÜ - privacy-friendly analytics (no cookies)
- ConvertKit LLC - mailing-list storage (EU data centre)
